We offer transparent subscription-based pricing for recurring services like bookkeeping and GST compliance, plus customised quotes for one-time or litigation-related services. All plans clearly state what’s included and what’s not.

How quickly can you start working when I engage your services?

Once we receive your initial documents and brief, we typically onboard within 3–5 working days. For new engagements requiring filings, we prioritise tasks based on statutory due dates. We’ll provide a timeline and dedicated account manager for each client.

What happens if my business has multiple entities or locations?

We can support multi‐entity and multi‐location clients. Our pricing or scope may be adjusted accordingly, and we’ll assign the appropriate team and workflows to coordinate across all entities.

How do you guarantee data security and confidentiality?

We use SSL-secured cloud storage, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control and routine backups. All client data is handled under confidentiality protocols and in line with applicable regulatory requirements.

What if I face a tax or legal dispute—can ThinkDigits assist?

Yes. We provide litigation support including assessment responses, appeals, surveys/search management and representation coordination. We work alongside our CA and legal team to handle such cases end-to-end.

How can I track the status of my work and communicate with ThinkDigits?

You’ll receive access to an online dashboard or portal (depending on your engagement) showing filing statuses, due-dates, and deliverables. You’ll also have a dedicated point of contact for queries, and regular update calls/emails.

What if my business grows rapidly or changes structure (e.g., merger, new vertical)?

We are equipped to scale with you. Our team will review your changing needs, update the engagement scope accordingly and ensure that the right compliance and advisory systems are in place for your evolving structure.

How does ThinkDigits stay updated with regulatory changes (GST, Companies Act, income tax)?

We maintain a regulatory monitoring system where our team reviews updates from relevant government portals, subscribes to regulatory bulletins, and holds internal training. Clients receive timely alerts and guidance on what the changes mean for them.

How does ThinkDigits ensure timely compliance for its clients?

Our best-practice management system tracks every statutory deadline through automated reminders and workflow dashboards. Each client is assigned a dedicated manager who monitors filings, reviews documentation, and ensures all submissions are completed well before due dates.

*Above plans do not include following if not mentioned (and will be billed separately): 

  1. Reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B or books. 
  2. Filing of GST Annual Return GSTR-9/9C. 
  3. Consultancy: Resolving basic queries thru email is not charged (upto 1 mail/meeting / 30 mins telephonically per quarter). Beyond above will be billed @Rs 1,500 per half-hour or part. 
  4. Any assessment proceedings.
